A design sprint, rebuilt for AI
A classic design sprint takes five days and tests one idea. A HyperSprint takes two, and tests several routes at once.
Day 1 the team decides. Evidence first, then opportunities, then concept routes. AI expands the options; people vote and the decider chooses.
Day 2 the team makes. A tight brief (we call it T.O.K.E.N.), AI turns it into build-ready prompts, the prototype and the test get built side by side, and the test goes live before everyone leaves the room.
Then customers respond asynchronously, and on Monday the team reads the evidence together and decides again.
